Mary McCormack was an American actress who is famous for her role as the lead character in TV series such as "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. Mary McCormack is known for her roles in the films 'Private Parts,' 'Deep Impact, True Crime and 1408. McCormack, who was born in a home without any entertainment connection whatsoever to her family tree, is the child of a clinical therapy and an owner of an Ice Cream Parlor. After her parents divorced in 1990 she attended Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with an BA in Comparative Arts. She began her career when she was just 12 years old, and she was a part of the stage production 'Amahl & the Night Visitors which was a Christmas-themed operetta. She continued to play in theatre and ultimately bagged parts on the small and the big screens. McCormack is today regarded as one Hollywood's most versatile performers. Michael Morris is her husband and she has 3 daughters.
